These are cleaning-focused sessions — no choreography changes, just sharp, detailed feedback to fine-tune your routine and maximize your on-stage impact.

Meet Ryan Shaw
Certified Adjudicator • Choreographer • Dance Educator
Ryan Shaw is a dynamic and passionate force in the dance world, known for his energetic presence, artistic versatility, and deep commitment to dancer development. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from The Ohio State University, Ryan brings a rich background in choreography, videography, and performance across styles including Contemporary, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, and Tap.
As a certified competition adjudicator, Ryan has judged for some of the industry’s most respected competitions, offering dancers constructive, insightful feedback with a focus on growth and performance quality.
Ryan’s choreography and creative direction have been featured in commercials, stage productions, and music videos — with credits including major recording artists like Meghan Trainor and Spencer Sutherland. His professional experience also includes rehearsal directing and pro-assisting for national tours and conventions.
In the classroom, Ryan shines as a dedicated educator and mentor. He has worked with studios across the country, served on faculty at institutions like Elon University and LA Dance Program, and continues to inspire dancers of all levels with his blend of technical precision and artistic integrity.
Whether he’s cleaning a solo, leading a workshop, or sitting behind the judges' table, Ryan is driven by one goal: to help dancers reach their fullest potential with confidence, clarity, and creativity.
