Lesson Schedule

Cancellation Policy for Private Lessons:

1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled lesson:

   • In the event of a cancellation made 48 hours or more before the scheduled lesson, a refund will be issued to the student's account as a credit.

   • The credit can be used towards rescheduling a future private lesson within a specified timeframe, subject to instructor availability.

   • No cash refunds will be provided; the refund will be issued as a credit on the student's account.

2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson:

   • For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson, no refund or credit will be provided.

   • The instructor has reserved the time slot specifically for the student, and short notice cancellations do not allow sufficient time to fill the vacancy.

   • It is the responsibility of the student to inform the instructor as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

3. Rescheduling:

   • Students are encouraged to reschedule their lessons rather than canceling whenever possible.

   • Rescheduling requests should be made in advance, ideally with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, to allow for proper coordination with the instructor.

4. Instructor Cancellations:

   • In the rare event that the instructor needs to cancel a private lesson, the student will be notified as soon as possible.

   • In such cases, the student will have the option to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund.
