Founded by Katherine "Katy" Stenstrom, our studio emerged as a beacon of hope and inspiration during the challenging times of the pandemic. In 2021, Katy turned her dream into reality by establishing a space dedicated solely to the art of dance and acrobatics, providing a sanctuary where individuals of all ages, from 3 to adult, can discover the joy of movement, expression, and physical fitness.
